Vanilla meets fruity hibiscus pear flavor. Crunchy pistachios round off the bowl. This recipe is perfect for breakfast, desserts or as a snack in between.

1 pack of organic vegan Vegurt vanilla
1 pear
2 tea bags of hibiscus tea
50g sugar
500ml water
A handful of pistachios
Peel the pear, do not remove the stem and put the water on.
As soon as it boils, add the tea bags.
After about 5-8 minutes, remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar, then add the peeled pear.
The hibiscus brew should simmer on medium heat for at least two hours.
Keep turning the pear so that it cooks evenly.
Mix the Vegurt according to the instructions and chill.
Chop the pistachios finely with a knife.
Cut the bottom part of the pear (not all the way to the top) and fan it out to the side
Top the Vegurt with the fanned out pear, some hibiscus broth and the chopped pistachios and enjoy.
