What's better than banana with peanut butter? This excellently creamy bowl not only tastes heavenly, it also provides you with the important proteins and vitamins that make you start the day happy, full and full of energy.
1 pack of ORGANIC Vegan Vegetable Blueberry
a handful of fresh blueberries
1 tbsp blueberry jam
1 tsp water
1 tbsp chia seeds
Flower topping
a handful of homemade granola
Granola (makes approx. 500 g):
200 g coarse oat flakes
70 g pecans
150 ml maple syrup
100 g sliced almonds
100 ml coconut oil
Mix the veggies and chill.
For the granola, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Briefly roast the granola mixture with a little coconut oil in a pan and add the maple syrup.
Line a tray with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly on it.
Roast at 180°C top and bottom heat for approx. 10 minutes and turn regularly.
Wash the blueberries.
Lightly liquefy the blueberry jam with the water and use a spoon to swirl it into the veggies.
Top the Vegurt with blueberries, some granola and chia seeds.
