Our preparation recommendation:
1. For the yeast dough, knead 340 g of baking mix with 160 g of plant-based drink (e.g. GREENFORCE vegan oat drink mix) and 40 g of margarine into a smooth dough.
2. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes and then roll it out into a rectangle.
3. For the filling, spread 30 g of melted margarine onto the rolled out dough and sprinkle with 80 g of cinnamon-sugar mixture.
4. Roll up tightly from the long side. Cut the roll of dough into 6-7 slices and place with the cut edge upwards on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Then let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Bake at 170 ºC top/bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes. Tip: Immediately after baking, spread the cinnamon rolls with a little margarine. Let it cool before consumption.
