Conjure up these real eye-catchers with the help of our vegan chocolate cake baking mix, which can be prepared in no time. We also used ice cream cones to create beautiful buttercream Christmas trees. Bring the Lappish forests home with you. 🌲❄️

For the muffins
1 pack of Vegan Choco Cake
180 ml vegan organic oat drink natural
45 ml oil
For the buttercream and decoration:
250g vegan butter
500 g powdered sugar (and some to decorate)
green food coloring paste
vegan ice cream cones
Preheat oven to 160ºC fan oven.
Allow the vegan butter to soften at room temperature.
Mix the Choco Cake with oil and oat drink according to the instructions.
Line muffin cups and pour in the batter.
After 12 minutes in the oven, do the stick test and remove when there is only a little residue on the stick.
Mix the vegan butter and powdered sugar with a whisk.
Add green food coloring paste.
Pour the buttercream into a piping bag with an attachment.
Carefully cut the ice cream cone in half with a knife.
Pipe a circle of buttercream onto the muffins and place the waffle piping on top.
Using the piping bag, add small pipes around the waffle.
Sprinkle the muffins with powdered sugar to create a snowy effect.
