This is how quickly and easily you can have a delicious vegan chocolate cake:

1. Mix 340 g of baking mix with 200 ml of water or vegetable drink (e.g. organic oat drink mix) and 50 ml of neutral vegetable oil using a mixer
Mix homogeneous dough.

2. Then place the dough in a greased loaf pan 20-25 cm long and bake at approx. 160°C top and bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes. The baking time may vary slightly depending on the oven.

3. Allow to cool before consumption! Distort as desired, e.g. with the flower topping from GREENFORCE.

TIP: For a microwave mug cake, mix 70 g of baking mix, 40 ml of vegetable drink and 10 ml of neutral vegetable oil in a cup. Then prepare in the microwave for 90 seconds at 800 watts.

How about a quick chocolate cake for breakfast? The baking mixture can be adjusted individually - you can also simply weigh the quantities.

For a mug cake, simply take 70 g of chocolate cake baking mix, 40 ml of water or vegetable drink and 10 ml of neutral vegetable oil. Simply mix the dough directly in a cup until a smooth dough is formed.

Place the cup in the microwave for 90 seconds at 800 watts. Your vegan chocolate experience in the cup is ready. Refine your mug cake with some melted chocolate and peanut butter. Heavenly! 💛
