Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order that has already been completed. However, if you would like to use a discount code on your next order, please make sure to enter it in the appropriate field during the order process.

Our discount codes are subject to certain conditions that you should consider before using them:

We understand that it is important, especially for people with allergies and intolerances, to know exactly which ingredients are included. However, to protect our recipes, we cannot disclose all of the spices in our products.
If you suffer from an allergy or intolerance, please send a request to our customer service at service@greenforce.com . Let us know which products you are interested in and what allergy or intolerance you have. This way we can tell you quickly and reliably whether you can enjoy the respective product without any concerns.
In our online shop we offer our products at the best price. In retail, the packaging sizes vary. These size differences were introduced at the request of retailers. In addition, we only give retailers a non-binding price recommendation. The final selling price is set by the respective markets, so there may be price differences over which we have no influence.
Please dispose of each packaging component in the recycling container provided for it, such as the glass of our Ready Meals in the glass container. The packaging of our fresh products and Easy To Mix products can be disposed of in the yellow bag or yellow bin.

A big advantage of our powder products compared to fresh products is their long shelf life. We guarantee a minimum shelf life of at least two months for orders placed via our website - in most cases even significantly longer.
Excluded from this are heavily discounted items whose shelf life may be shorter. However, this will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.
Ready-made Easy To Mix products can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 days or frozen for a longer shelf life of up to 6 months. Thanks to the powder form, you can mix exactly the amount you need - this way you avoid unnecessary food waste.
Yes, some of our Easy To Mix products are perfect for grilling. With a few simple tricks you can further optimize the taste of your grilled vegan substitute products. You can find the best preparation tips here .
Yes, that is possible! You can either freeze the Easy To Mix products already cooked and prepared or put them in the freezer raw but already shaped.
Yes, the packaging of our Easy To Mix products is water-repellent. If the outside of the packaging gets slightly wet, the powdered products inside should still be usable - provided the packaging is undamaged and not completely soaked.
Yes, you can easily freeze our chilled fresh products from the supermarket. This extends their shelf life to up to 6 months. However, after thawing, the products should be consumed quickly to ensure the best quality.
Yes, our refrigerated products are perfect for grilling! For example, you can put our vegan meatballs or vegan mini frikas on a shashlik skewer and marinate them with a fiery barbecue sauce. Then simply place them on the grill and let them get nice and crispy. Yummy!
For logistical reasons and to promote sustainability, we currently do not offer shipping of refrigerated products in our online shop. Instead, they are only available in stores. You can find more information here .
The shelf life of the ready meals is 12 months from the date of manufacture. The exact shelf life may vary, but we guarantee a minimum shelf life of 2 months, provided the jars are unopened, protected from light and stored at room temperature.
An exception may be made for heavily discounted goods with a best before date. This will be explained in the ordering process and on the product page.
Of course! The good thing is, they already taste delicious, but you can combine them perfectly with spices or side dishes of your choice to take them to the next level.

All orders in our online shop are shipped with DHL.
Your delivery will usually arrive in 1 to 3 working days. In exceptional cases, e.g. if there is a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed to 5 to 7 working days. As soon as your package is being processed by DHL, you will receive a personal tracking number with which you can track the status of your delivery.
