Recipe for preparing one portion of Easy To Mix Vegan Leberkäse:

1. In a bowl, thoroughly mix 60g of the ready-made mixture with 36g of cooking oil. Add 200g of cold tap water (max. 15°C) and mix for a few minutes until you have a lump-free dough. It is best to use a hand mixer.

2. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and let it swell in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
Tip: The longer the soaking time, the firmer the vegan Leberkäse becomes.

3. Bake in the oven at 100°C top and bottom heat for about 2 hours. The baking time may vary slightly depending on the oven.

4. Cut slices as desired and enjoy warm.

Recipe for preparing a whole pack of Easy To Mix vegan Leberkäse:

For the entire pack, follow the same steps as above, just adjust the grammage slightly:
Mix 150g of the ready-made mixture with 90g of cooking oil and 510g of cold water.

Thickeners: methyl cellulose, carrageenan, konjac, 32% pea protein, partially deoiled sunflower seeds, flavors, table salt, dextrose, modified starch, spices, ginger, seasoning, coloring: iron oxide, rapeseed oil.

150 g net filling weight yields 750 g vegan Leberkäse
