Preparing the vegan nuggets is so easy:

1. combine 125g of the ready mix with 250 ml of very cold water thoroughly and leave to rest for approx. 3 minutes.

2. shape the mixture into vegan nuggets with moistened hands and bread them if necessary.

3. heat a little cooking oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the vegan nuggets over a low to medium heat for approx. 3-4 minutes on all sides.
