Preparation of the vegan goulash soup:

1. Pour 400 ml of boiling water over 100 g of powder.

2. Let it steep for about 10 minutes.

3. Enjoy with fresh bread and vegan butter.

4. For more or less vegan goulash soup, simply mix powder and water in a ratio of 1:4.

Basically, goulash soup is of course intended to be eaten as a soup. However, some customers have already given us feedback that it also goes well with pasta. Others have used it to conjure up a chilli with beans and corn. So try making your own creation out of it. :)

You can season the goulash soup as desired, for example with a little chili if you want it spicier or with fresh parsley if you need more fresh taste. We also love adding potatoes and peppers to give it a personal touch.
