Easy to mix vegan Gyros

Recipe for Easy To Mix vegan organic gyros:

1. Thoroughly mix 125 g of the ready mix with 100 ml of very cold water and a tablespoon of cooking oil (approx. 10 g).

2. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for approx. 10 minutes.

3. Then knead the mixture again. Then moisten your hands a little. Tear small pieces out of the mixture and flatten with your hands.

4. Then fry in a non-stick pan with a little cooking oil for 4-5 minutes on all sides over a medium heat.

5. Tip: The longer the gyros are fried, the crispier they will be.
