Vegan pancakes: it's that easy
1. Mix with water only: Mix 300 ml of water or plant milk with the mixer to form a homogeneous dough.
2. Heat some fat in a coated pan and, depending on the desired size of the pancake, add an appropriate amount of dough to the pan.

Your pancakes deserve a fruity-sweet hat. We have a delicious recipe for you here: blueberry sauce.
You need: 150 g frozen blueberries, 30 g sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 25 g water, 1/2 teaspoon starch.
Mix the water with the starch. In a small saucepan, heat the blueberries together with the sugar, lemon juice and water. When the sauce has set a little, it is ready and is ready to be poured over your pancakes.
