Vegan pancakes: it's that easy

1. Mix with water only: Mix 300 ml of water or plant milk with the mixer to form a homogeneous dough.

2. Heat some fat in a coated pan and, depending on the desired size of the pancake, add an appropriate amount of dough to the pan.

3. Enjoy your pancakes with maple syrup, fruit, jam or chocolate cream.

Vegan blueberry topping recipe for vegan pancakes

Your pancakes deserve a fruity-sweet hat. We have a delicious recipe for you here: blueberry sauce.

You need: 150 g frozen blueberries, 30 g sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 25 g water, 1/2 teaspoon starch.

Mix the water with the starch. In a small saucepan, heat the blueberries together with the sugar, lemon juice and water. When the sauce has set a little, it is ready and is ready to be poured over your pancakes.

The baking mix has a shelf life of at least 4 months if stored in the original packaging in a cool, dry place and not above room temperature (< 25 degrees). However, please always note the corresponding best-before date on the back of the packaging.

Your creativity knows no limits. Try it out and let us know what's possible. For example, we have also baked waffles and muffins with it. A lot is possible.

You can add both water and (vegetable) milk to your baking mix. If you use oat drink, for example, the dough will be even creamier and slightly sweeter than with water.
