The good thing about baking mixes: they are super quick and easy to prepare, they always turn out well, but can still be refined and customized as desired.

How about, for example, a sweet topping for those with a particularly sweet tooth? 😋 We love banana bread and we love cream cheese topping, so here is our suggestion for you:

You need: 300g vegan cream cheese, 70g powdered sugar, cinnamon and vanilla as desired.

Mix these ingredients into a smooth cream and spread it on the banana bread after it has cooled. Put the cake in the fridge for 2 hours. Done 💛

Quick mug cake recipe

How about a quick chocolate cake for breakfast? With the vegan chocolate cake baking mix you can conjure up a delicious cake in no time. The baking mixture can be adjusted individually - you can also simply weigh the quantities.

For a mug cake, simply take 70 g of chocolate cake baking mix, 40 ml of water or vegetable drink and 10 ml of neutral vegetable oil. Simply mix the dough directly in a cup until a smooth dough is formed.

Place the cup in the microwave for 90 seconds at 800 watts. Your vegan chocolate experience in the cup is ready. Refine your mug cake with some melted chocolate and peanut butter. Heavenly! 💛

You can add both water and (plant-based) milk to your baking mix. If you use oat milk, for example, the dough will be even creamier and a little sweeter than with water.

There are no limits to your creativity. Try it out and tell us what is possible. For example, we have already baked waffles and muffins with it. A lot is possible.
