Ingredients
- Easy to mix burgers
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp activated carbon powder
- 250 g flour
- 180ml warm water
- Guacamole: 1 avocado, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp plant-based yogurt, salt, pepper and chili, squeeze of lemon
- 1 red onion
- Vegan cheese
- 1 tuber of beetroot (pre-cooked)
- A few leaves of iceberg lettuce
- Vegan mayo
preparation
Burger patty:
- Mix Easy To Mix Burgers according to instructions and cool for 30 minutes. After the cooling time, fry them in a coated pan with oil.
Black Buns:
- Dissolve the sugar in the water. Add the yeast and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Mix flour, salt and activated charcoal powder in a bowl.
- Pour the oil into the water-yeast mixture and add it to the bowl with the dry ingredients.
- Place the dough on a floured work surface and knead for about 10 minutes.
- Then pour the dough into a slightly oiled bowl and cover and let it rest in a warm place for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.
- Halve the dough into four parts, form rolls and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Guacamole:
- Halve the avocado lengthwise, remove the core and use a spoon to remove the peel. Puree finely with all ingredients.
Remaining ingredients:
- Peel the onion and cut into rings. Cut beetroot into thin slices. Wash the lettuce and put a few large leaves aside.
Layer burgers:
- For example in the order: guacamole, onions, beetroot, lettuce, burger patty, cheese, onions, vegan mayo.
- Sweet potato fries go well with this. Take a bite now!
