Recipe for preparing one portion (2 pieces) of Easy To Mix vegan white sausages:

1. In a bowl, mix 40 g of the vegan white sausage mixture with 130 g of cold water (max. 15 °C) to form a smooth dough.

2. Add 30 g of cooking oil (approx. 3 tablespoons) and knead by hand until all the oil is absorbed and the mixture becomes sticky.

3. Place the mixture in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes.

4. Form sausages from the mixture with moistened hands.

5. Cook in a pot of gently boiling water for about 8-9 minutes.

6. Eat the vegan sausages hot immediately after cooking.

IMPORTANT: Do not leave in water. Do not reheat.

To prepare the entire pack of vegan white sausages, take 120 g of the powder with 390 ml of water and 90 g of cooking oil.

30% pea protein, thickeners: methylcellulose, carrageenan, konjac; pea fiber, natural flavors, table salt, partially defatted sunflower seeds, seasoning, onion, pepper, spices, parsley.
