Ingredients for the BLT sandwich
For 2 sandwiches & 15-18 bacon strips || Enjoy in about 15-20 minutes
Sandwiches:
- 20 g Easy To Mix Vegan Egg Powder
- 6 slices vegan bacon
- 4 thin slices of tomatoes
- 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp vegan mayo
- 4 slices of sandwich bread
Bacon:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil (preferably rapeseed or peanut oil)
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
- ½ tsp medium hot mustard
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp smoked paprika powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 10 sheets of rice paper
Preparation of the BLT sandwich
Sandwiches:
- Easy To Mix Vegan Egg Process into a smooth dough according to the preparation recommendations.
- Then prepare it as an omelet according to the package instructions, season with salt and pepper.
- Wash and slice tomatoes.
- Wash the iceberg lettuce and pick off the leaves.
- Top sandwich: mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, egg.
Bacon:
- Preheat oven to grill function.
- Mix all ingredients, except the rice paper, into a smooth marinade.
- Cut rice paper into 5cm wide strips.
- Place two strips on top of each other and first dip them through cold water and then through the marinade.
- Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Grill for about 8-10 minutes.
