Ingredients
Yeast dough:
- 1kg flour
- 1 pack of dry yeast
- 600 ml water
Lahmacun topping:
- 1/2 pack of Easy To Mix Hack
- 2 very heaped teaspoons of kebap style spice
- 2 onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 red pointed pepper
- Handful of fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp paprika pulp
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder to taste
Serving topping:
- Vegan feta
- 1 pepper
- 1 lemon
- Handful of fresh parsley
preparation
- For the yeast dough, mix all the ingredients and knead well. Let rise for at least half an hour.
- Mix the mince according to the instructions, add a teaspoon of kebab style spice and cool.
- Chop the onions, garlic cloves, pointed peppers, parsley and tomatoes in a moulinette. Mix the vegetable mixture with the mince and add the paprika pulp, sunflower oil and spices. Taste and add more seasoning if necessary.
- Roll out 6-7 lahmacun from the yeast dough with a rolling pin. Spread the topping on top and bake one after the other in a preheated oven at 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
- Just before serving, top with the serving topping. Enjoy!
