Indian curry with meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Easy To Mix Hack
  • 1 very heaped teaspoon of GREENFORCE Indian Red Curry Spice
  • 125ml coconut milk
  • 125ml vegetable broth
  • 400g pureed tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 80g Tikka Curry Paste
  • Handful of fresh spinach
  • Handful of fresh coriander
  • Rapeseed oil for frying

preparation

  • Mix the Easy To Mix Hack according to the instructions and add the teaspoon of Indian Curry Spice. Cool for 30 minutes.
  • Fry the onion in a little oil in a pan. Then add the curry paste and mix everything well. Deglaze with the pureed tomatoes and vegetable stock. Finally stir in the coconut milk and spinach.
  • Form meatballs in another pan and fry them in a little oil until crispy. Put the meatballs in the sauce and add the coriander. Taste. If you want more spice, add more Indian Curry Spice or chili flakes.
