Ingredients
- 1 pack of Easy To Mix Hack
- 1 very heaped teaspoon of GREENFORCE Indian Red Curry Spice
- 125ml coconut milk
- 125ml vegetable broth
- 400g pureed tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 80g Tikka Curry Paste
- Handful of fresh spinach
- Handful of fresh coriander
- Rapeseed oil for frying
preparation
- Mix the Easy To Mix Hack according to the instructions and add the teaspoon of Indian Curry Spice. Cool for 30 minutes.
- Fry the onion in a little oil in a pan. Then add the curry paste and mix everything well. Deglaze with the pureed tomatoes and vegetable stock. Finally stir in the coconut milk and spinach.
- Form meatballs in another pan and fry them in a little oil until crispy. Put the meatballs in the sauce and add the coriander. Taste. If you want more spice, add more Indian Curry Spice or chili flakes.
