Cheese and leek soup with minced meat

The cheese and leek soup is a true classic among soups. With just a few ingredients you can easily conjure up a treat. A baguette or a piece of bread goes well with it and is suitable for dipping.

Ingredients

  • Easy To Mix Hack
  • 1 onion
  • 2 stalks of leeks
  • 100g vegan grated treat (cheese)
  • 1 cup of cream Vega
  • 500ml vegetable broth
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg

preparation

  • Mix Easy To Mix Hack according to instructions, cool and then fry in a coated pan.
  • Pour olive oil into a large pot and briefly fry the onions. Cut the leek into rings and add it. Fry everything for about 5 minutes. Add the mince.
  • Deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir in the cheese and let it melt. Stir in the Cream Vega and bring the soup to the boil again briefly.
  • Season to taste with the spices. If the soup is too thick, you can add a little more broth.
