Ingredients
- Easy To Mix Köttbullar
- 50g vegan butter/margarine
- 200g sugar snap peas
- 200g mushrooms, halved
- 500ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 fresh spring onions
- 4 potatoes, diced small
preparation
- Prepare the Easy To Mix Köttbullar according to the instructions and chill. After 30 minutes, form small balls out of the mixture.
- Heat 4 tablespoons of vegan butter in a pan and fry the balls until crispy on all sides. Then take them out of the pan.
- Heat some butter or oil again in the same pan.
- Fry the mushrooms, snow peas and potatoes with a little tomato paste and peanut butter.
- Add the spices, köttbullar and stock and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and top with spring onions.
