Autumn pumpkin burger

Autumn time is pumpkin time. This recipe shows how versatile pumpkin can be prepared. This delicious vegan burger with caramelized onions, lettuce and crispy pumpkin wedges tastes heavenly. Mhmm 🥰

Ingredients

  • Easy to mix burgers
  • 4 burger buns
  • Vegan cheddar
  • arugula
  • Red cabbage
  • 1/4 Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Caramelized onions
  • For the sauce: Vegetable yogurt, dill, lemon, spices of your choice
  • For the fries: 1/4 Hokkaido pumpkin, spices of your choice, 2 tablespoons olive oil

preparation

  • Mix, cool, prepare and fry the Easy To Mix Burgers according to the instructions.
  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top and bottom heat.
  • Cut 1/4 pumpkin into thin wedges.
  • Cut 1/4 pumpkin into thin sticks for the fries.
  • Place the pumpkin on a baking tray lined with baking paper, toss with oil and season to taste. Put in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  • After a good 10 minutes, cover the patties with cheese on a second baking tray and put them in the oven together with the buns for about 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile prepare the sauce. To do this, mix all the ingredients together.
  • Layer the patties with the remaining ingredients on the buns as desired.
  • Enjoy the burger and really soak in it 😉
