There are many variations of lasagne, for example vegetable lasagna or spinach lasagna. But often nothing beats a classic lasagna with minced meat and tomato sauce. You can now easily prepare them vegan too.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Easy To Mix Hack
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 150g lasagna sheets
- 200g vegan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 ½ cans chopped tomatoes
- 100ml red wine or vegetable stock
- 50g vegan butter
- 40g flour
- 500ml Easy To Shake Organic Oat Drink
- ½ bunch of basil, fresh
- Spices: 2 tsp Easy To Spice Ciao Italia spice mix, ½ tsp nutmeg, salt & pepper
preparation
- Mix the Easy To Mix Hack according to the instructions and chill.
- Peel and chop the onion, garlic and carrots.
- After the cooling time, fry the mince in a non-stick pan over low to medium heat. Then fry briefly on high heat. Add oil, onions, garlic and carrots and fry briefly.
- Add tomato paste to the pan and stir in. Then deglaze with the red wine (or vegetable broth).
- Add the chopped tomatoes, season the mixture with Ciao Italia Spice and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.
- Prepare the béchamel sauce: melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the flour, mix everything well with a whisk. Deglaze with the oat drink and simmer for about 5 minutes while continuing to stir. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Brush the baking dish with a little oil, then spread the minced sauce in it and cover with a thin layer of béchamel sauce. Then add a layer of lasagne sheets on top. Cover the pasta layer again with minced sauce and béchamel sauce, then place the plates on top again. Fill the mold layer by layer. Start with sauce and end with sauce.
- Sprinkle the top layer with the cheese and bake the lasagna for about 30-40 minutes.
Enjoy!
