Ingredients
For 1 large glass || Enjoy in about 10 minutes
- 2 tbsp organic oat drink powder (= makes about 200ml oat drink)
- 1.5 tsp matcha powder
- 100ml hot, not boiling water
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 can of coconut milk (chilled for at least 3 hours)
preparation
- Mix organic oat drink with 200ml water.
- Open the cooled coconut milk, separate the coconut fat and coconut water. Mix coconut oil with maple syrup (1 teaspoon) and beat with a food processor or hand mixer.
- Pour hot water over the matcha powder and foam it in the blender.
- Add maple syrup (1 teaspoon) and mix briefly again. Pour into a glass.
- Warm up the oat drink, foam it up and pour it into the tea, stir and top with coconut cream. Wake up sip by sip ☺️
