Matcha coconut latte - stimulant and vitamin booster

Here comes yours Health booster for the cold season . Contains matcha Vitamins, antioxidants and is considered a real stimulant. So the perfect alternative to your morning coffee.

Ingredients

For 1 large glass || Enjoy in about 10 minutes
  • 2 tbsp organic oat drink powder (= makes about 200ml oat drink)
  • 1.5 tsp matcha powder
  • 100ml hot, not boiling water
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 can of coconut milk (chilled for at least 3 hours)

    preparation

    • Mix organic oat drink with 200ml water.
    • Open the cooled coconut milk, separate the coconut fat and coconut water. Mix coconut oil with maple syrup (1 teaspoon) and beat with a food processor or hand mixer.
    • Pour hot water over the matcha powder and foam it in the blender.
    • Add maple syrup (1 teaspoon) and mix briefly again. Pour into a glass.
    • Warm up the oat drink, foam it up and pour it into the tea, stir and top with coconut cream. Wake up sip by sip ☺️
