We think that nuggets are some of the best finger food, especially when they are dipped in delicious sauces and then end up in your mouth with a bite. The best thing about it: Our nuggets are 100% vegan 🌱
Ingredients
For about 2 servings || Enjoy in about 50 minutes
Nuggets:
- ½ pack of Easy To Mix Nuggets
- 30g breadcrumbs
Sweet and sour dip:
- 150 ml pineapple or peach juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 splash of lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp cornstarch
Curry mango dip:
- 200g mango pulp
- 100g vegan crème fraîche
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth powder
- 1 splash of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch of chili powder
French fries:
- 200-300g fries, frozen

preparation
Nuggets:
- Mix Easy To Mix nuggets according to instructions and cool.
- After the cooling time, form nuggets from the nugget mixture with moistened hands, then brush them with a little water and bread them.
- Then fry until crispy in a little fat.
Sweet and sour dip:
- Mix all the ingredients together except the cornstarch.
- Then bring to the boil in a pot.
- Mix cornstarch with water in a glass and gradually stir into the pot until the desired consistency is reached.
Curry mango dip:
- Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small pieces.
- Peel and chop onion.
- Mix with the remaining ingredients and puree everything until creamy.
French fries:
- Bake the fries until golden brown according to the preparation instructions.
- Enjoy nuggets with fries and dips.
