4-5 tbsp organic oat drink powder (makes about 400 ml oat drink)

2 apples

Squeeze of lemon

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp cinnamon powder

120 g oat flakes

1.5 tsp coconut oil

1 pinch of salt

For the nut crunch: 6 tablespoons mixed nuts, 1 tablespoon maple syrup
