Pumpkin is the ultimate autumn vegetable and also tastes delicious in warm drinks. This Pumpkin Spice Latte is perfect for dreary fall days and cozy weekends on the couch. The espresso shot rounds it all off and makes you forget any autumn blues🎃
Ingredients
For 1 large glass || Enjoy in about 10 minutes
- 3 tbsp organic oat drink powder (= makes about 250 ml oat drink)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 espresso
- For the pumpkin spice seasoning: 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ginger, ½ teaspoon cardamom, ½ teaspoon nutmeg, ½ teaspoon cloves, ½ teaspoon allspice (all ground)
preparation
- Mix organic oat drink with 250 ml of water.
- Mix all the spices for the pumpkin spice spice mixture.
- Mix the spice mixture with the pumpkin puree.
- Warm up the oat drink, froth it and pour it into a glass.
- Add the espresso together with the mixed pumpkin puree and stir with a spoon. Enjoy!
- Optionally sweeten with nut butter or maple syrup.
