This salty-peanut-choco porridge is the perfect sweet-salty combination for your perfect start to the day. The best thing: you can start feasting in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients
For a bowl bowl || Enjoy in 10 minutes
Porridge:
- 120g oat flakes
- 4-5 tbsp organic oat drink powder (= makes about 400ml oat drink)
- 1 bar of raccoon Salty Peanut organic protein chocolate
- ½ banana
Topping:
- 2 handfuls of raccoon Dark Crunchies - Nuts & Cornflakes
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 handful of chopped peanuts
- Coconut flakes as desired


preparation
- Mix organic oat drink with 400 ml of water.
- Peel the banana and mash it with a fork.
- Break chocolate into pieces.
- Heat a pot or pan. Mix the oat flakes with the oat drink in a pot and bring to the boil briefly.
- Reduce heat, stir in mashed banana and chocolate pieces. Continue to simmer until desired consistency, stirring constantly.
- Divide the porridge between the bowls and serve with the toppings.
