These oat cookies are quick to prepare, crispy and taste delicious - whether fresh from the oven, enjoyed lukewarm, with coffee the next morning or stored in a biscuit tin. Take time for the things that make you happy and cookies are definitely one of them 🍪
Ingredients
For 12 pieces || Enjoy in about 25 minutes
- 1 tbsp organic oat drink powder (= for about 60ml oat drink)
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp spelled flour
- 150g oat flakes
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla pulp
- Nut butter to decorate
preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
- Mix organic oat drink with 60 ml of water.
- Mix all the ingredients together and use your hands to form a homogeneous dough.
- Spread about 12 heaps onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. This is best done with a tablespoon.
- Use the back of the spoon to flatten the mounds of dough.
- Put it in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let cool, decorate with nut butter and bite into it.
