A schnitzel is one of the classics in German and Austrian cuisine. What no “ Wiener Schnitzel ” should be without are cranberries. With our Easy To Mix Schnitzel, cooking vegan schnitzel is easier than ever before.
Ingredients
- Easy To Mix Schnitzel
- Breading as desired (e.g. our Easy To Flake Crumbs)
- 450g potatoes
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- Spices: 1 teaspoon paprika powder, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, salt and pepper to taste, pinch of garlic powder, optional: chili
preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees top-bottom heat.
- Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Mix with oil and spices.
- Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 35 minutes, turning once after the first 20 minutes.
- Finally, turn on the grill function for another 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the Easy To Mix schnitzel according to the instructions on the package. Form 6 thin schnitzels, moisten them slightly, bread them with the desired breading and fry them.
