Ingredients for vegan smoked salmon
For about 3 loaves || Prepared in 10-15 minutes
- 2 carrots
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ nori sheet
Preparation for vegan salmon
- Peel the carrots and then cut them into thin long strips using a vegetable peeler.
- Bring a pot of water to the boil and simmer the carrot strips for about 2 minutes.
- Then place in a sieve, rinse and dry well.
- Cut the nori sheet into small pieces with scissors.
- For the marinade, thoroughly mix the nori sheet pieces with the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Add carrots and stir everything together.
- Place the marinated carrots in an airtight container and let them sit in the fridge for at least a day.
- Chopped dill and fresh bread go well with this.
