Eating raclette at Christmas or New Year's Eve is typical - no wonder, because raclette is very sociable and all taste preferences can be satisfied individually. So the perfect dish if you want to spend a fun and delicious evening with friends and/or family. And of course it's also vegan - we've put together four delicious pan dishes for you here. Get inspired! 💫
Ingredients
Farmer's pan
- GREENFORCE Cevapcici (from the refrigerated section or our Easy To Mix)
- Potatoes, boiled and chopped
- Spring onion, cut into rings
- Red peppers, cut into small cubes
- Rosemary, fresh
- Vegan cheese
- ½ tbsp vegan butter
- Salt pepper
- Pinch of chili
Brussels sprouts pan
- GREENFORCE Köttbullar (from the refrigerated shelf or our Easy To Mix)
- Brussels sprouts, pre-cooked
- Chestnuts, vacuum packed
- Thyme, fresh
- Vegan cheese
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt pepper
Tarte flambée pans
- GREENFORCE Mini-Frika (from the refrigerated shelf or our Easy To Mix)
- Flammkuchenteig
- Vegan crème fraîche
- Corn
- Jalapeños, sliced
- Peppers, cut into cubes
- Vegan scattered cheese
- ½ tbsp oil
- Salt pepper
- Pinch of chili
Fig pan
- GREENFORCE Köttbullar (from the refrigerated shelf or our Easy To Mix)
- Figs
- arugula
- Pomegranate seeds
- Vegan feta
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup
preparation
Farmer's pan:
- Place the pan on the raclette plate and heat the butter in it.
- Fry the potatoes in the pan along with the cevapcici and peppers.
- Stir in the rosemary and season with salt, pepper and chili.
- Cut the cheese into small pieces and add it to the pan.
- Place the pan one level lower under the grill and let the cheese melt.
- Garnish with spring onion.
Brussels sprouts pans:
- Place the pan on the raclette plate and heat the oil in it.
- Halve the Köttbullar and Brussels sprouts, add them to the pan and fry.
- Add chestnuts, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Place the cheese in the pan and place it one level lower under the grill.
- Let the cheese become crispy.
Tarte flambée pans:
- Cut the tarte flambée dough to the size of the pan.
- Grease the pan with oil and place the dough in it.
- Spread the dough with crème fraîche, salt and pepper.
- Cut mini frikas into thin slices.
- Top the tarte flambée dough with corn, jalapeños, peppers and meatballs.
- Sprinkle cheese and fresh chili flakes on top.
- Place the pan under the grill and bake until crispy.
Fig pan:
- Place the pan on the raclette plate and heat the butter in it.
- Fry the Köttbullar in it.
- Quarter the figs and put them in the pan.
- Pour maple syrup over it and let it caramelize briefly.
- Crumble the feta and add it.
- Place the pan one level lower under the grill and let the cheese melt.
- Finally, remove the pan and briefly heat the rocket and pomegranate seeds.
Of course there are no limits to your imagination. Just try everything you want - the main thing is that it tastes good!
