Ring in winter with this superbly cozy, wintery yoghurt bowl. The bowl combines our vegan Vegurt with a crispy, spicy speculoos granola. Wintery delicious 🤤
Ingredients
For 1 serving
Bowl:
- 1 pack of organic Vegurt natural
- 1 apple
- 1 handful of pecans
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Granola:
- 200 g coarse oat flakes
- 70 g pecans
- 150 ml maple syrup
- 100 g sliced almonds
- 100 ml coconut oil
- 1 handful of dried cranberries
- 10 speculoos
preparation
- Prepare granola. Crumble the speculaas and mix with the remaining dry ingredients in a bowl. Add coconut oil and maple syrup and stir. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast at 180ºC top/bottom heat for about 10 minutes.
- Mix Vegurt according to instructions and chill.
- Wash and slice the apple.
- Garnish the Vegurt with the granola, apple, pecans and a pinch of cinnamon.
