Ingredients
Makes about 4 mini waffles
- 350ml Easy To Shake Organic Oat Drink
- 150g flour
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar


preparation
- Mix the oat drink with the apple cider vinegar and set aside. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and then stir in the vinegar-milk mixture until a smooth dough forms.
- Bake in a waffle iron and then decorate as desired. For example with fresh berries or powdered sugar. Enjoy!
