Ingredients
For about 2 large loaves of bread || Enjoy in about 30 minutes
- 25g Easy To Mix spreadable sausage
- 150g mushrooms
- Chives, fresh
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Your favorite bread
preparation
- Mix the Easy To Mix sausage spread according to the package instructions into a homogeneous mass and cool.
- Wash and slice mushrooms.
- Heat pan with olive oil.
- Fry the mushrooms until desired browning, season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the chives and chop very finely.
- After the cooling time, take the spreadable sausage out of the refrigerator and stir vigorously again.
- Spread on the bread and enjoy with mushrooms and chives!
