Ingredients
For about 4 servings
- 2 packs of vegan cevapcici
- 2 packs of Vegan Mini Frika
- 2 packs of vegan köttbullar
- 1 broccoli
- 1 pepper
- 1 eggplant
- 250g mushrooms
- 1 pack of vegan organic spread Liptauer Art
- 1 pack of vegan organic potato and chive spread
- 1 pack of vegan organic curry mango spread
- 1 l vegetable broth
preparation
- Mix the vegan spreads according to the instructions and chill.
- Place a fondue pot with vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
- While the broth is cooking, wash the broccoli, peppers, mushrooms and eggplant and cut them into large cubes so that they can be easily skewered.
- Arrange the vegan Köttbullar, the vegan Cevapcici, the vegan Mini Frika and the vegetables in bowls.
- Place the fondue pot on the table over a candle or fuel paste so that the broth stays warm.
- Let the fresh products and vegetables cook for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through.
