75g Easy To Mix Hack
1 onion
2 spring onions
1 can of kidney beans
250 ml vegetable broth
200g macaroni
1 can chopped tomatoes
3 tbsp vegan creme fraiche (e.g. Creme Vega)
Chilli powder (1 tsp-1 tbsp depending on spiciness)
Paprika powder
cumin
oil, salt, pepper
Chop the onion, chop the whites of the spring onions, fry in oil until translucent
Mix the mince according to the instructions, add it to the pan and fry
Add cumin, paprika and chilli powder
Add chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, macaroni and vegetable broth
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until noodles are al dente, stirring regularly to prevent burning
Add vegan crème fraîche and stir in
Top with chopped spring onions and a spoonful of vegan creme fraiche
Chill out in a camping chair, enjoy nature and enjoy your meal!
