25 g Easy To Mix spreadable sausage

25 g vegan organic fresh cream Liptauer style

fresh bread or pretzel

1 spring onion, chopped

½ bunch chives, chopped

½ bunch parsley, chopped

For the sausage spread:

Mix the spreadable sausage and the Liptauer Art fresh cream according to the instructions, smear it on the sandwiches after the cooling time and enjoy with chives, parsley and spring onion!

For the pepper dip:

Preheat the oven to 250°C top and bottom heat, wash the peppers, halve them and remove the seeds.

Place the peppers on a baking sheet and roast on the middle rack for 15 minutes, until the skin is blistered.

Remove and cover with a damp kitchen towel.

Put garlic, vegan curd, olive oil and paprika powder in a blender.

Peel the peppers, put them in the blender and puree everything finely.

Season with salt & pepper.
