½ pack of Easy To Mix fish sticks
30-50g vegetable breading or breadcrumbs
20g Easy To Mix Vegan Egg Powder
4 baguette rolls
½ cucumber
4 tbsp vegan tartar sauce
4 lettuce leaves
Lemon for drizzling
Mix Easy To Mix fish sticks according to instructions and cool.
In the meantime, wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.
Remove lettuce leaves from stem and clean.
After the cooling time, the fish sticks are formed, breaded and fried. It is best to provide three shallow bowls for this purpose.
Flour goes into the first bowl, the mixed egg mixture into the second bowl and the crumbs into the third bowl.*
Form flat fish sticks from the fish stick mixture and turn them one after the other in flour, then dip them in the beaten egg and finally turn them in the breading.
Now fry in enough oil until crispy.
Now the toppings are made: spread half of the roll with remoulade, then comes the salad, followed by the fish fingers, then the cucumber slices, then again remoulade and finally the top half of the roll goes on top.
Bite into it and devour it!
*Tip: If you have to do it really quickly, you can also use water and crumbs/breadcrumbs as breading.
