4 vegan marinated medallions (2 herbs, 2 peppers)

4 Vegan grilled sausage

1 bunch of green asparagus

4-6 pre-cooked corn cobs

For the vegetable skewers

Peppers (1 red, 1 yellow)

2 red onions

1 zucchini

olive oil

Salt pepper

wooden skewers

For the herb butter

Room temperature vegan butter

Fresh herbs (e.g. parsley and chives)

Salt pepper

In addition:

Matching sauces: Vegan organic spread Liptauer style, BBQ sauce, vegan mayonnaise

Different salats

Prepare spread according to instructions and chill

Vegetable skewers: Cut vegetables into large pieces, place in a bowl and marinate with olive oil and spices. Skewer onto wooden skewers

Wash asparagus, remove woody ends,

Herb butter: Finely chop the herbs, mix with vegan butter and spices

Prepare salads if necessary

Prepare food for grilling
