Do you love fish? Then this burger recipe will blow you away! Our Asia burger is topped with Sriracha mayo, "carrot-cucumber tagliatelle", red cabbage, coriander and our fish frika. The Panko breading makes the burger really crunchy. Yummy!

½ pack of Easy To Mix Fish Frika
30 g Panko breadcrumbs
Oil for breading
2 brioche buns
1 small carrot
2-3 tbsp red cabbage from the jar
¼ cucumber
½ bunch coriander, chopped
2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
½ -1 tbsp soy sauce
½ - 1 tbsp sesame oil
Easy To Mix Fish-Frika mix according to instructions and cool.
Wash the cucumber, peel the carrot and slice into “tagliatelle” using a vegetable peeler. Then marinate with soy sauce and sesame oil for a few minutes.
Mix mayo with Sriracha.
After the cooling time, form patties from the fish and frika mixture, coat them in breadcrumbs and fry them in enough oil until golden brown.
Toast the brioche buns.
Burger topping: Sriracha mayo, carrot-cucumber spirals, patty, red cabbage, coriander and Sriracha mayo. Take a bite!
