This fish frika recipe is a real treat. Here we prepared the meatballs with braised dill pickles on a potato rosti together with our partners from WIBERG. It's a real eye-catcher and tastes simply delicious together!

½ pack of Easy To Mix Fish Frika
240 g cucumber
2 potato rösti (frozen)
½ bunch of dill
100 ml oat cream
1 chilli, fresh
WIBERG Crema di Aceto passion fruit, for garnish
WIBERG Wild Herb Mill, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lime, for drizzling
Easy To Mix Fish-Frika mix according to instructions and cool.
In the meantime, wash the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.
Wash and finely chop the dill.
Wash the chili and cut into narrow rings.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cucumbers for about 5 minutes. Add dill and deglaze with cream. Season with wild herbs, spices and chili.
Prepare potato rostis according to instructions.
After the cooling time, form meatballs from the fish and frika mixture and fry them according to the instructions.
Serve the fish frikas with braised dill pickles and rösti and drizzle with the vinegar and lime juice.
