Do you know Zoodles? Zoodles are made from raw zucchini and shaped into spaghetti using a spiral cutter. A great alternative to real pasta. Our recipe also includes our vegan Köttbullar and a delicious lemon sauce.

½ pack of Easy To Mix Köttbullar
2 large zucchini
Also: spiral cutter
Sauce:
1 tbsp margarine
120ml vegan cream
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp lemon zest
Salt pepper
Easy To Mix Köttbullar mix according to instructions and cool.
In the meantime, wash the zucchini and cut it into long spaghetti using a spiral cutter.
For the sauce, bring the margarine to the boil in a pot together with the cream, lemon zest and juice and season with salt and pepper.
After the cooling time, form small balls from the Köttbullar mixture and fry until crispy according to the instructions.
Now fold the zucchini spaghetti into the sauce and fry for about 2 minutes.
Serve zucchini spaghetti with Köttbullar and enjoy!
