Meatballs with GREEN hummus

    • ½ pack of Easy To Mix meatballs

    1 can of chickpeas

    2 avocados

    3 tbsp juice of one lime

    3 tbsp olive oil

    ½ clove of garlic

    2 tbsp tahini

    1 handful of fresh parsley

    1 handful of fresh coriander

    1 tsp cumin powder

    Salt & pepper to taste

    If necessary, water

    Some cress to decorate

    Easy To Mix Meatball mix according to instructions and cool.

    For the hummus: put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. If necessary, add some water. Season to taste.

    After the cooling time, form small balls from the meatball mix and fry them in a coated pan.

    Put everything on a plate and decorate with cress. For example, serve with Beluga lentils.
