This recipe screams summer and a good mood! A real eye-catcher visually and a real culinary delight in terms of taste. We fill our vegan pineapple boat with delicious fried rice and small turmeric balls. Oh happy day☀️!

½ pack of Easy To Mix turmeric balls
120g rice
1 pineapple
1 red pepper
60 g peas, frozen
1 spring onion
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 handful of peanuts
Juice of ½ lime
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ginger powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ tsp Sambal Olek
1 dash of sugar
Mix Easy To Mix turmeric balls according to instructions and cool.
Cook rice according to the preparation recommendations.
Halve the pineapple and carefully hollow it out. Cut the pulp into cubes.
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into cubes.
Wash the spring onion and cut into rings.
Heat peanut oil and spices in a pan.
Add the peppers and fry briefly.
Add the rice, pineapple cubes and peas to the pan and fry.
Deglaze with soy sauce and lime juice.
After the cooling time, form small balls from the turmeric ball mixture and fry them according to the instructions.
Fill the hollowed out pineapple with the fried rice and the turmeric balls.
Top with spring onion and peanuts.
