640 g vegan meatloaf
About 200 g of pickles
1 red onion
240g vegan mayonnaise
4 tbsp cucumber water
Salt pepper
Fresh chives
Tastes good with: pretzels and bread
Halve the meatloaf lengthways and cut into strips
Also cut the pickles into strips
Chop the onion very finely
Add mayonnaise and cucumber water, season with salt and pepper
Top with chopped chives
Enjoy!
