½ pack of Easy To Mix Köttbullar
400g potatoes, waxy
1 bunch of radishes
Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
20g cranberries (canned)
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
½ bunch of parsley
Salt pepper
Easy To Mix Köttbullar mix according to instructions and cool.
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the potatoes, covered, over medium heat for about 25-30 minutes, depending on their size.
Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by mixing the oil with cranberries, vinegar, salt and pepper.
When the potatoes are cooked, drain them, let them evaporate, then peel them and cut them into slices.
Place the potatoes in a bowl and pour the dressing over them.
Now form small balls from the Köttbullar mixture and fry them until crispy according to the instructions.
Wash and slice the radishes.
Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop.
Mix the potatoes, radishes and Köttbullar and season with salt and pepper.
Finally serve sprinkled with parsley.
