Mediterranean meatball baguette

How about a Mediterranean Frika baguette? Not only does it sound delicious, it tastes sooo good! We top the baguette with fresh salads, olives, dried tomatoes and Italian herbs. The caper berries also taste particularly delicious.

½ pack of Easy To Mix meatballs

2 baguette rolls

4 dried tomatoes

10 green and black olives

2 handfuls of leaf salad mix

about 10 cherry tomatoes

6 caper berries

WIBERG Italia Style spice mill, as desired

olive oil, for garnish

½ bunch of basil, fresh

Easy To Mix Meatball mix according to instructions and cool.

In the meantime, wash the lettuce, tomatoes and basil.

Cut dried tomatoes into strips.

Cut some of the olives into rings.

After the cooling time, form oblong meatballs from the chilled mixture and fry until crispy according to the instructions.

First cover the baguette with lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, a little olive oil and Italian herbs and basil, then distribute the meatballs on top.

Garnish with capers, cherry tomatoes, remaining olives and enjoy with a drizzle of olive oil.
