Pizza dough (ready to roll out or you need the following):
125 ml lukewarm water
½ cube of yeast
½ tsp salt
1 pinch of sugar
1 tbsp oil
250 g flour and some for the work surface
Topping:
¼ pack of Easy To Mix Hack
150 g chanterelles, cleaned
100 g vegan scattered cheese
1 handful of radicchio
½ red onion
2 tbsp chopped rosemary, fresh
70 g vegan crème fraîche
1 ½ tsp dried thyme
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt pepper
Pizza dough (roll out the finished dough according to the package instructions or prepare it this way):
Crumble the yeast into the water in a deep container, stir in the salt and sugar and let it rise for 15 minutes.
Then knead the water-yeast mixture together with the oil and flour in a bowl for 5-10 minutes to form a dough (preferably with a hand mixer). Then knead again briefly with your hands until smooth.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise for an hour.
In the meantime, prepare the topping (see below).
Preheat oven to 220 degrees top/bottom heat.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cover it.
To do this, spread the pizza dough with the seasoned crème fraîche and spread the onion, chanterelles and mince on top. Then sprinkle the cheese on top.
Place the pizza on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes until crispy.
Take the pizza out of the oven, top with radicchio and enjoy.
Topping:
Mix Easy To Mix Hack according to instructions and cool.
Mix the crème fraîche with rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper.
Peel the onion and cut into rings.
Clean the chanterelles thoroughly and mix with olive oil.
Wash radicchio and cut into thin strips.
After the cooling time, fry the minced mixture briefly.
