When the birds chirp outside and nature begins to bloom, you know it's finally spring! We conjured up this spring recipe to match the first warmer days. A colorful and very tasty tarte flambée!

1 tarte flambée
½ pack of Easy To Mix Cevapcici
1 packet of tarte flambée dough
1 red onion
6-8 stalks of green asparagus
30-40g vegan sprinkled cheese
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp mustard
1½ tsp maple syrup
1 squeeze of lemon
1½ tbsp vegan crème fraîche
Salt pepper
1 tbsp red peppercorns
Fresh thyme if desired
Easy To Mix Cevapcici mix according to instructions and cool.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
Peel the onion and cut into rings.
Wash the asparagus, cut off the woody ends and cut in half lengthways.
Preheat oil in a pan and fry the asparagus for about 5-10 minutes.
Mix mustard with maple syrup and crème fraîche, season with salt, pepper and lemon.
After the cooling time, form cevapcici from the cevapcici mixture and fry according to the instructions. Then cut into small pieces.
Roll out the tarte flambée dough, spread it with mustard sauce, spread the onion, asparagus and cevapcici on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Top with red peppercorns and thyme before serving. Enjoy!
