Scrambled egg bread with rocket

In this dish we served our vegan egg as scrambled eggs on a delicious bread together with arugula. This bread is the perfect way to start the day! So delicious and so easy!

2 loaves of bread

¾ - 1 bottle of fresh egg

1 tbsp margarine

2 handfuls of arugula

2 loaves of bread

Spices as desired, e.g.: salt, pepper, paprika powder, chili powder, fresh chives

Wash the rocket and spin dry.

Shake the fresh egg bottle well and process it into scrambled eggs according to the instructions.

First spread margarine on the bread, then top with arugula and scrambled eggs.

Then season and enjoy!
