½ onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 pinch of cinnamon
½ bunch of coriander
Salt pepper

200g flour
100ml water
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
Yoghurt sauce:
300g plant-based yogurt alternative
230ml water, cold
½ tbsp cornstarch
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp dried mint
Salt pepper
Topping:
10g pine nuts
Filling:
Peel the onion and chop it finely.
Wash the coriander and cut it very finely.
Mix the dry Easy To Mix Hack powder with onion, coriander and the remaining ingredients for the filling.
Add water and mix thoroughly. Then cool.
After the cooling time, fry according to the instructions.
Let cool down.
Dough:
Mix all ingredients together.
Knead until a smooth dough forms.
Filling Shish Barak:
Roll out the dough and cut out circles (diameter 5-6cm) using a glass (or circle cutter).
Place 1-1½ teaspoons of the filling in the center of the circle.
Fold the dough over the filling and press the ends of the dough together. If necessary, moisten with a little water.
Now fold one side of the dough pocket around the other end of the dough and press together well.
Cooking Shish Barak:
Mix the starch with the water.
Heat the starch water in a pot with the yogurt while stirring until it is just before boiling.
Peel the garlic and chop finely.
Add salt, pepper, garlic and mint and simmer briefly over medium heat - stirring occasionally.
Add the dumplings and simmer at a low temperature for about 20 minutes.
Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat.
Serve dumplings with pine nuts. Rice goes well with this.
